Dua Lipa and Donatella Versace are designing a women’s collection together.
The British singer, who recently also co-chaired this year’s Met Gala was, designed together with Donatella Versace the ‘La Vacanza’ women’s collection for Versace.
As the Italian fashion house announced on Tuesday, the collection will be presented at a fashion show on May 23 in Cannes, France.
“Working with Dua on this collection has been very exciting and I love the dynamic between us. Dua is strong, fearless, and free, and her creative vision is extraordinary. Summer is a magical time. We will capture that feeling and color of this time of year with a special and intimate fashion show in Cannes,” said Donatella Versace, artistic director at Versace.
“I am absolutely thrilled to have designed the women’s collection ‘La Vacanza’ for Versace together with Donatella. She and I have developed such a strong bond over the years and I’m very grateful for the support I’ve had from her and the entire team since the beginning of my career,” the singer said of the collaboration.
The ‘La Vacanza’ collection will be available in Versace’s physical stores and online store after the fashion show.
