Van Kasteren puts the Dakar final victory out of his mind

Janus van Kasteren has definitively put the final victory in the Dakar Rally among the trucks out of his mind. The Veldhoven resident will help fellow countryman and former teammate Mitchel van den Brink. He won the eighth stage of the rally on Monday and is now second in the standings, just under two hours behind leader Martin Macek from the Czech Republic. Van Kasteren is going to help him, because he wants the title to remain in the Netherlands. Paul Spierings and Jan-Pieter van der Stelt mainly want a problem-free day, so that they can show their true speed with the buggy, while Anja van Loon wants to find her good rhythm again.
