UZ Brussel tests new treatment of heart rhythm disorder: “New perspective for patients who no longer benefit from existing treatments”

For the first time, UZ Brussel has successfully treated a patient with a persistent and dangerous heart rhythm disorder with a new technique in which the problem area is very precisely irradiated on the basis of real -time imaging in order to interrupt the wrong heart rhythm.
