A nuisance for years: In all districts, heaps of rubbish are formed every week, which quickly grow into large heaps. A comment from BZ editor Andreas Vollbrechtshausen.

500 freight cars have come together in one year. Decisively too much. We pay the horrific costs with our taxes.

The causers – antisocial contemporaries who don’t give a damn about the appearance of their neighborhood. You really don’t want to live next door to them. Dodgy tradesmen take advantage of this neighborly bad habit and pack their commercial waste with it. This is how they save money.

Only deterrence and hefty penalties could remedy the situation. It would certainly also make sense to introduce bulky waste days across the board.

This is for cleanliness – and strengthens the feeling of togetherness among the neighbors.
