Unique catch: Zeebrugge restaurant puts saw perch on the menu

A fishmonger from Zeebrugge was able to buy about 150 kilograms of saw perch at a British auction. Good for 60 kilograms of filleted fish. So the offer is limited. “Occasionally our shipowners can catch that in the Bay of Biscay.
