Uninvited guests on four legs: wild boar popping up between bathers at Côte d’Azur

Sunning, swimming … and spotting wild boar? For tourists on the beach of Cavalaire-sur-Mer, south of Saint-Tropez, in the French department of VAR it became a bitter reality on Tuesday. Four hefty wild boar went up between the bath towels and umbrellas, to the astonishment of the holidaymakers who suddenly had to share the idyllic beach with unexpected guests on four legs.
