Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitro Kuluba has made it clear to China’s envoy for Eurasian Affairs Li Hui, who has been in the country since Tuesday, that a peace agreement is only possible “with respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine”. The envoy is the highest-ranking Chinese diplomat to visit the country since the Russian invasion.
