The Kruidvat on the Wilhelminaplein and the PLUS supermarket on the Reindierhei in Best were robbed on Friday evening. It is currently unclear whether it is the same perpetrator.
The Kruidvat branch on Wilhelminaplein in Best was raided around a quarter past eight tonight. According to a Burgernet report, the perpetrator is a man of at least fifty and he had a weapon with him.
He was wearing a blue hooded jacket and cap and fled on foot. The police advise people who see him not to take any action in his direction, but to call 112.
Three quarters of an hour later there was another robbery, this time at the PLUS supermarket on Reindierhei in the Heivelden district. As far as is known, no injuries have been reported. It is unclear if anything was stolen.
