Shortly before the second semi -finals between Turkey and Greece, fans had to be patient. A fault prevented the watching.
On Friday evening there were massive problems on the streaming platform MagentaSport. Several sports fans were initially unable to follow the live broadcast of the second EM basketball semi-final between Turkey and Greece and the women’s Bundesliga game of SC Freiburg and 1. FC Köln (1-0) as usual.
The provider announced on Instagram: “Big sorry, dear fans! We are tuned and work with high pressure to broadcast all the games live as usual!” Accordingly, the Magentatv platform was not affected.
Many fans expressed their frustration in the comments. One user wrote, for example: “Incredible, Cologne plays football once and we can’t see it.” Or: “Sad, you look forward to seeing your team all day and then something like that.” The fault took about 30 minutes. In the case of the basketball game, fans were able to follow the start of the semi -finals in good time.
