Forecasting based on strong performance
TUI AG announces by ad hoc report to raise the forecast for the adjusted EBIT for the 2025 financial year. Based on the strong performance in the first nine months of the 2025 financial year as well as positive indicators for July, the company now expects an EBIT, 9 to 11 percent higher compared to the previous year (2024: 1.296 million euros). The forecasting breakdown mentioned above was +7 to 10 percent.
Business figures and segment results
As of June 30, 2025, the group turnover was 14.7 billion euros, which corresponds to an increase of 1.0 billion euros at constant exchange rates. The adjusted EBIT amounted to 199 million euros, an increase of 150 million to constant exchange rates, the statement continues. According to the report, the results were driven by record results in the segments Hotels & Resorts and Cruises, while the SEMIST MARDEN & AIRLINE is still described as challenging in a competitive environment.
At the same time, TUI now expects sales increase compared to the previous year at the lower end of the specified range of 5 to 10 percent (financial year 2024: 23.167 million euros).
