TT Museum breaks record, now 4500 visitors

The temporary TT Museum in Assen attracted the 4500th visitor on Friday morning. This equals the number of visitors to the museum in 2018.

In the museum in the atrium of RTV Drenthe, visitors can marvel at various objects from the rich TT history, such as motorcycle suits, helmets and motorcycles. The museum pieces were largely supplied by private collectors.

More than a week ago, the thousandth visitor entered the temporary museum. It is no surprise, according to the organization, that the visitor record would be broken. During the edition of four years ago, the museum could be visited for ten days. This year the TT Museum is open for fifteen days. The largest crowds in the museum are expected on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The pop-up museum at Beilerstraat 30 is still open until June 25. Opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and admission is free. Come by bike or on foot as much as possible. You can park your car in the parking garage on Torenlaan.
