The change from center forward Haris Tabakovic to Borussia Mönchengladbach is fixed. Reports of an upcoming transfer of the 31 -year -old professional of TSG Hoffenheim confirmed both clubs in the afternoon. The 1.94 -meter right foot connects the foals with loan.
“Haris is an experienced and dangerous attacker,” said sports manager Roland Virkus: “A real center forward, a guy who can help us immediately with his physical presence.” Tabakovic said: “I feel like playing the new challenge and can hardly wait to play in front of the fans and feel the atmosphere in the Borussia Park. I had very good conversations with those responsible and I am happy to get to know all teammates, trainers and the whole club.”
The offensive force only moved last summer after a strong second division season at Hertha BSC (28 scorers in 32 games) for 3 million euros in transfer to the Kraichgau. In the past season, the five -time international Bosnia brought it to three goals in 22 games, but was only in the starting eleven at TSG and only played one game for over 90 minutes. At the beginning of summer, Tabakovic was also associated with a possible return to Berlin. However, he should collect an annual salary of 2 million euros by 2027 in Hoffenheim until 2027 – too much for Hertha.

At Borussia, Tabakovic is the third newcomer, according to “Sky”, his loan will also mean the green light for the departure of the Czech Tomas Cvancara. According to reports, the latter will also be loaned to the Turkish first division club Antalyaspor. With Tabakovic, the first urgently needed reinforcement for the offensive is there, in addition to the attacker, the foal was now only the two 21-year-old Shio Fukuda and Grant-Leon Ranos available in the center forward position. After a meniscus operation, national player Tim Kleindienst is still missing until November.
