A Federal Court of Appeal has rejected a request to destroy a judgment from January 2024 against US President Donald Trump. According to the verdict, Trump has to pay $ 83.3 million (more than 70 million euros) because he had damaged the reputation of writer E. Jean Carroll by denying her rape.
