An accident with three cars at the roundabout at the intersection of the N34 and N33 at Gieten ensures a kilometer -long traffic jam between Zuidlaren and Gieten. The road is closed.
Just before the roundabout it went wrong. Due to unknown cause, several cars from the direction Borger touched each other. The road is therefore partly closed. There is a traffic jam of more than five kilometers. Traffic must take into account approximately an hour delay.
A driver has been checked in the ambulance. According to bystanders, the victim would not have to go to a hospital.
