As a reason for her departure, she indicates that she is expecting and that after the summer it is no longer feasible to come to Aalsmeer four evenings a week. The 30-year-old trainer is now going to work in her hometown of The Hague, at Hellas.
Teacher, mother and handball trainer
For Michielsen they are busy times. She works as a teacher at a primary school, expects a child in July and is therefore a handball trainer. She does not only do that in a club context, but she is also the national coach of De Jong Oranjemannen.
“I am someone who likes to do things and I can’t sit still. Fortunately I have a dear friend who can fit the child if I have to give training. I also made good agreements with the club.”
