Train grabs cyclist in Lendelede: train traffic interrupted between Kortrijk and Ingelmunster

There is major disruption on the line between Kortrijk and Lichtervelde in both directions, replacement buses are being provided for passengers. The cyclist was hit by a train coming from the direction of Ostend.

There were about sixty passengers on the train at the time of the accident. The Federal Railway Police is investigating the matter.

Due to a collision, there is disruption between Kortrijk and Lichtervelde.
