With September 1 just around the corner – children back to school and many parents back to work – traffic magistrate Anja De Schutter (55) calls on all drivers to be extra careful. “I have seen so many files of children who leave for school and never come home. You never get used to that, you shouldn’t get used to it and as a society we cannot accept that either,” she says.
