3400 spectators in the velodrome! The Champions League in track cycling was a complete success last Saturday.
Now the award by the world association UCI! The premier class should also stop in Berlin in 2023. With London, Palma de Mallorca and Paris there are only three other cities that can enjoy the world’s best cycling stars in one evening.
Secretary General Martin Wolf (59) from the German Cyclists’ Association (BDR): “We are pleased that all the protagonists are now praising the event and calling for it to be repeated. We will work to ensure that it takes place again in Berlin in 2023.”
Sprinter Stefan Bötticher (31/photo): “Everyone who was there was impressed by the show and over the moon.” See you next year!
