Tom Tailor closes his business in the Wiesbaden Luisenforum. New Yorker and Woolworth move in, TK Maxx enlarged.
The reason for the closure was renovation work in the Luisenforum shopping center, a spokeswoman for the Hamburg company said. The Tom Tailor brand, which has been part of the Chinese mixed group since 2020, currently operates more than 400 own stores worldwide and has 170 franchise stores.

A redesign of the Luisenforum is currently underway, Center Manager Janine Marz from Savills Property Management Deutschland GmbH confirmed to Fashionunited.
The renovation also includes new rentals: Fashion films New York wants to open on two floors in the second quarter of 2026 at the latest and a total of around 2,000 square meters. The Woolworth retail chain also plans to move in. The discounter TK Maxx increases its area on the first floor and the project should be completed before the Christmas business in 2025.
