Tim Stützle shines with a hat trick in the NHL

National ice hockey player Tim Stützle caused enthusiasm with his second hat trick in the NHL.

The 20-year-old scored three goals in a game for the first time since May 2021 in his Ottawa Senators 4: 8 against the Seattle Kraken. After 34 games, Stützle has 15 goals and 20 assists.

Stützle, who has already scored six goals in the previous three games of the new year, equalized for the Canadians with a double strike (27th/29th) to make it 3:3.

Seattle, where the German goalie Philipp Grubauer was not used again, pulled away again. Stützle’s third goal (46th) was only cosmetic.

Leon Draisaitl suffered a bitter defeat with the Edmonton Oilers. Despite a 2-0 lead and two assists from the Cologne player, the Canadians lost 3-2 after extra time to champions Colorado Avalanche.

Third NHL bankruptcy in a row for Moritz Seider and Co.

Moritz Seider, on the other hand, suffered the third defeat in a row. With the Detroit Red Wings, the 21-year-old lost 4-1 to the Toronto Maple Leafs.

John-Jason Peterka failed to score a point in the 6-5 win after overtime on his Buffalo Sabers against the Minnesota Wild.

Stanley Cup winner Nico Sturm also went away empty-handed with the San Jose Sharks in a 4-2 loss to the Boston Bruins.
