Till Lindemann is also busy outside of his main band Rammstein: On November 8, 2023, the singer started his solo tour with a concert in the Leipzig Quarterback Immobilien Arena. Earlier in the evening, around 300 people reportedly gathered outside the venue to protest against the show.
You couldn’t expect any Rammstein pieces from Lindemann that evening either – but there were several live premieres of solo songs. Lindemann not only presented the title track of his album “Zunge”, which was released at the beginning of November, but also presented songs such as “Altes Fleisch”, “Schweiss”, “Tanzlehrin” and “Sport frei” live for the first time. There were also a number of well-known Lindemann songs such as “Fat”, “Golden Shower” and “Blut”.
Some cell phone videos of the evening taken by fans are already circulating on the Internet.
