This Asian one pan’s recipe charms with its ease.

The whole food is made in one container, and even chopping is not mandatory.

It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and the oven will take care of the rest in less than half an hour.

The recipe can also be easily converted to your taste: for example, a red curry paste can be replaced with green or yellow curry, or you can adjust the fire to suit your taste.

This delicacy will remain in the refrigerator for three days.

Ingredients:

400 ml of coconut milk

3 tablespoons of red curry paste

3 crushed garlic cloves

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

2 teaspoons of fish sauce

2 teaspoons of sesame oil

50 g of spinach

14-20 frozen dumpling

For decoration:

Chopped coriander for decoration

Spring onion sliced

Sesame seeds

Chili oil

Guide:

1. Put the oven to warm to 190 degrees.

2. Add coconut milk, curry paste, crushed garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil in a baking dish or other ovenproof container. Mix the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and the curry paste is dissolved.

3. Add the spinach and stir so that the leaves are covered and evenly distributed in the container.

4. Arrange the frozen dumplings in the sauce. Spoon a little sauce over each dumplings.

5. Put a lid or foil in the container and bake at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the dumplings are soft and ripe.

6. After the oven, finish with coriander, spring onion, sesame seeds and chili oil to your taste.
