At the beginning of this year, a man stole 2,000 euros worth of makeup from a Kruidvat branch in Eindhoven. The television program Opsporing Verzocht shows that the thief fills his shopping basket with cosmetic products from expensive brands just before closing time.
The thief seems to have thought carefully in advance about his visit to the Kruidvat on Dirigentplein. First he looks around the drugstore extensively, before putting dozens of cosmetic products in a plastic bag in his shopping cart. This is evident from images that Investigation Requested showed on Tuesday evening.
It happened on Saturday evening, January 3. The man puts dozens of lipsticks and other cosmetic products in the bag.
The man seems to have made his move not only in Eindhoven. There are also reports against the thief in Zoetermeer, Amersfoort, Vinkeveen, Leusden, Assendelft, Houten and Hilversum. In total, the man is suspected of more than ten crimes.
