Bayern striker Harry Kane (30) played well in the Bundesliga opener against Bremen.

The 4-0 win against Werder was a perfect debut for the Briton: one goal and one assist. Proud like Oskar: his homeland. England’s press celebrated the captain of their national team for his great start.

“Mr Harry’s Dream Start”

The British “Daily Mail” headlined on Saturday morning: “Mr Harry’s Dream Start”. Further: “For a debut, this was an unforgettable experience. Bayern have a new hero – and he’s the captain of England. (…) Of course, Kane will not get cocky. He’s not the type. But – wow – what a start.”

The “sun” wrote from HURRI-KANE: “Not a bad start for Kane, who was substituted with convulsions in the 84th minute and received a standing ovation from the fans. (…) Still, it’s a weird feeling to see Kane walking around in a Bayern shirt after finally breaking free from Tottenham boss Daniel Levy’s grip.”

Sun claims hat trick

However, there was also something to moan about. The paper wrote that Kane could have scored more goals. Said that even a hat trick would have been possible against “average Bremen”. So the Bayern star still has to improve …

However, the complaining is at a high level! The “Mirror” also celebrated the new Bayern striker, writing about a “Bundesliga dream debut”. The “Guardian” predicts a great future for him with the record champions.

Kane and Bayern – this start has been successful!
