The DFB women are aiming for a place in the final against France in the Nations League. The national coach is committed to change.

Christian Wück is keen to experiment in the Nations League semi-final against France. The national coach is moving several of his players to positions in which they have not previously been seen. The nominal full-back Carlotta Wamser is moved to midfield and the previous right winger Jule Brand moves into the center in the tenth position. To do this, Laura Freigang and Linda Dallmann, who were recently unable to convince in the attacking midfield position, have to sit on the bench.

There is also an innovation in defense: debutante Camilla Küver can start in her first game from the start. With Kathrin Hendrich she has an experienced player at her side.

Returnee Nicole Anyomi can prove herself in the storm and sends Lea Schüller to the bench for the time being. Giovanna Hoffmann, another striker, is missing due to a torn cruciate ligament. In goal, Stina Johannes replaces Ann-Katrin Berger, who is also injured.

The entire German lineup:

The game kicks off at 5:45 p.m. The second leg will take place next Tuesday.
