The British royal family gathered on Saturday for Trooping the Colour, the traditional military parade in honor of the British monarch’s official birthday. It always falls in June. Thousands of soldiers, hundreds of horses and musicians marched through London. The festivities ended with an air show over Buckingham Palace, where the king appeared on the balcony with other members of the royal family.
