The Dutch partijen GroenLinks en PvdA zijn zaterdag official semen opgegaan in the new partij Progressief Nederland.
A small ruin of the various leden stemde voor de fusie tijdens a partijcongres in Den Bosch. Volgens de partij there were 6,000 people in attendance.
The GroenLinks-leden received 96 percent for the PvdA, which was 97 percent of the leden. The afkorting van de partij wordt PRO, zoals ze also in the Tweede Kamer genoemd wordt. The new name will be released in May 2026.
The European group has not yet announced its death. GroenLinks is quoted by the Groenen and the PvdA by the social democrats (S&D).
The Tweede Kamerverkiezingen in 2021 began a merger of the two parts of the world. Landelijk will be in the district in 2023 for the first time as a lijst mee, now on the name GroenLinks-PvdA. Also in the district in 2025 in the most recent municipality of the parties as they were on the name of me, they were also meant to be part of the party in the city.
