How to order the Deutschland-Ticket or change existing subscriptions?

Online with three mouse clicks (BVG.de/Deutschlandticket). For the first time in the history of the BVG, the subscription is offered as a mobile ticket in one of the three BVG apps (there is also a EUR 25 voucher for mobility sharing).

To get started on May 1st, you would have to switch by April 10th. You can also have the Deutschland-Ticket sent to you as a chip card. In the nine customer centers that are open daily, plastic cards will soon also be available on the spot – and also at the last minute at the end of April.

By the way: The 29-euro ticket reduced by the state of Berlin expires in April. An extension was promised during the election campaign – whether it actually comes depends on the next coalition agreement of the then ruling Senate.
