Sausage soup is an easy and inexpensive food that the whole family likes.

Soups can be easily modified if you swap the jog sausage to minced meat or cakes. Adobe Stock / AOP

It doesn’t take long to make sausage soup, nor much money. Namely, you get a cooking dose for less than one euro.

To get the soup even faster, you can correct and make soup from frozen rocks. K-Ruoka.fi’s website has a pre-calculated dose price that is less than a euro per dose.

Sausage soup

1/2 pc (à 580 g) jog sausage

4-5 (400 g) potatoes (yellow or green bag)

1-2 (100 g) carrots

1 pc (300 g) cooking root (fresh or frozen)

1.2 l of water

1-2 tbsp of cattlefond

2 bay leaves

10 spice pepper

parsley chopped

1. Peel and dice potatoes and carrots. Cube the roots. Chop the parsley.

2. Bring the water to a boil. Add the fondue, bay leaves, spice pepper, potatoes and other roots. Bring to a boil for about 15 minutes.

3. Peel and dice the sausage. Lightly brown the sausage pieces in a frying pan and add them to the soup. Heat the soup and check the maturity of the root. Add chopped parsley to the finished soup.
