Third concert, Lindemann statement again, kisses and hugs

After the obligatory kneel, Till Lindemann straightens up. And says goodbye to the Munich audience with a 15-second speech – that’s longer than usual, and also longer than after gig two, when he gave his “Gewitter” speech.

“The third concert … and I really don’t know what to say,” begins Lindemann. “I am incredibly grateful that you are here. Thank you. We thank you”. Then the other Rammsteiners come, heart the 60-year-old, Oliver Riedel gives Lindemann a kiss on the cheek, at the end the six musicians form a hugging circle like in basketball.

Do the abuse allegations against Till Lindemann bring the band members closer together? After the first performance in Munich, drummer Christoph Schneider cried; at the same time they insisted on the correction that Lindemann was alone in Helsinki, at least without the other five partying. Lindemann himself has also recently faltered in his voice, as with the hit “I want”.

Meanwhile, voices accusing Lindemann of theatrics and self-pity are increasing on social media. However, many fans seem to support him. The video is titled “Small Gesture, Big Statement”:
