These men bought Kymiring

The group that bought Kymiring has kept very quiet. IL has been trying to target men for weeks.

Kouvola Sanomat reports on Wednesday that the bankrupt Kymiring has been sold. The track company was bought by Finland Motorsport Circuit Holding oy, which includes three Hungarians and one Finnish person.

The CEO of Finland Motorsport Circuit Holding oy is Hungarian Colonel Öry and chairman of the board Tamas Öry. The board also includes a Hungarian Sandor Rabb and from Kouvola Mika Wilska.

Iltalehti could not reach the foursome or the administrator of Kymiring’s bankruptcy estate Tuomas Penttilä to comment on the sale. IL has tried to reach Wilska, Kornel Öry and Penttilä already in September, but the contacts were not answered.

Both Örys have a strong background in motor sports. Tamas Öry is the CEO of the motorsport talent management company Motami. He says on social media that he is the CEO of Truck Race Promotion (TRP), which organizes motor sports events.

Hungarian newspaper Immediately according to Világgazdaság Last summer, Truck Race Promotion received HUF 23 million, or EUR 59,443, from the Hungarian state gambling company. TRP received a total of 64,000 euros from the gambling company in 2021 and 80,000 euros in 2018.

Titanic man?

Kymiring got new owners. Mikko Huisko

The only Finnish member of the new company, Mika Wilska, is the CEO of Head Growth oy, registered in Kouvolaa and founded at the end of 2022. The company’s website is not in use, but based on public information, the company does wholesale.

Wilska has also founded a company called Head Corporate Advisor (HCA).

– HCA uses its long experience, knowledge of the market and expertise to help Finnish companies create new export opportunities or to expand and enhance export operations in German-speaking markets, Wilska says on the company’s website.

The company has addresses in Finland, Germany and South Africa. The company says on its website that it can help Finnish companies in the German sports and leisure market. According to HCA, it has good contacts with German sports associations, among others.

On the other hand, there is little information about Sandor Rabbi. The name can only be found as Alex Sandor Rabb or Sandor Alex Rabb, who has made visual elements for films and Netflix series on the computer. The Rabb in question worked in the visual effects team of the Titanic movie and took the name Alex after moving to the United States.

Rabb, who is on the board of Finland Motorsport Circuit Holding oy, also uses the name Alex in at least one context. Not sure if it’s the same person.
