Former ski star Therese Johaug It is not going to stop competing even though his career on ski trails has been completed. In May, a 37-year-old Norwegian announced that his career would not continue for next winter’s Olympics.
However, the competition has not eased and he has set the following goals for himself for a half marathon.
– I want to run as fast as possible. The first goal is to fall below the hour and 10 minutes. It’s a kind of milestone, says Norwegian In an interview with VG.

Johaug finished his career once, after which he worked as a ski specialist at Norwegian NRK. Now he says he is making a return to ski broadcasts.

He reveals that he has received several other TV offers from, for example, chef programs and Norway’s Hardly Celebrity program. So far, he has refused all offers.

Time for the family
Johaug notes that the decision to end his career in May was not easy.
– For a long time, I was unsure about whether I should stop.
He already says he longs for skiing from time to time. On the other hand, the feeling is relieved when you do not have to carry your performance pressures on your neck.
However, the main reason for ending the skiing career was the desire to spend more time with their family.
