In September there will be new music from Anna R. one last time. Then an album with unpublished songs by the singer of Rosenstolz appears postally.
As a kind of musical celebration of her legacy, it will also be a memorial concert under the title “Courage to love – an evening for Anna R.” Give in the Berlin Columbiahalle.

Anna R. and Henning Wehland
He is described as “artist soul, who belonged to Anna to the ‘family'”. Both have worked intensively together on new songs in the past. In the message on Instagram it says: “Sometimes Henning Wehland and Anna met at their kitchen table to find song ideas together. Then again they sent each other melodies and text fragments from which songs were created.”
This created numerous songs such as “eyes” in artistic steps. There are also four songs on the upcoming record “Courage to Love”, which were composed together by Wehland and Anna R.
Anna R. died surprisingly in March of this year at the age of 55. The cause of death was not announced, the police investigations have been discontinued. Only shortly after her death it became known that the singer had left new music. In addition to Wehland, Manfred “Manne” Uhlig also had a large part in the LP.
