Theater ‘Seaking’ in Wevelgem with Tom Van Landuyt

The theater company ‘Broder’ opted for a location performance in a warehouse at Wevelgem airport for the play ‘Seaking’. The performance is about a helicopter pilot who used to fly the rescue helicopter Seaking. But he goes blind and reassembles his helicopter in the hope that it will still be able to fly.

Music plays a major role in the piece. In addition to music by Beethoven, new contemporary notes by Peter Spaepen can also be heard. Tom Van Landuyt, who also played in the series Windkracht 10, takes on the character of the helicopter pilot.

The performance will take place next month at the Koksijde air base and in De Spil in Roeselare.
