Marconi uses the ONE PLUS PROGRAM of this model, to help young people identify their “natural talent”, that is, the most efficient way of thinking for their brain. “It is crucial to identify if the adolescent is in a ‘type diversion’,” Marconi emphasizes, referring to when a young man acts against his innate nature to fit, which can cause fatigue and frustration.
