Journalists asked the Kremlin spokesman if he had spoken Vladimir Putin with the leadership of law enforcement agencies, which is responsible for order in Chechnya. According to Peskov, the head of state is in daily contact with the heads of law enforcement agencies. Also, the presidential press secretary does not believe that the situation in Chechnya is out of control. “This is a subject of the Russian Federation. I have nothing more to add,” he said.
When asked whether events in Chechnya are taking place with the consent of the federal center, Dmitry Peskov drew attention to the fact that each region has its own agenda.
