The routines of Timo Jutila, who drives 100,000 kilometers a year, changed in one fell swoop

When the button eyes look at the sleeping Timo Jutila in the morning, you have to get up.

When Ändy MäcKoi came to the house, everything changed.

Timo Jutila did not jump for joy when he heard his wife A fairy tale about dog dreams. How on earth would a couple driving 100,000 kilometers a year have time to take care of their own dog.

But “Juti” agreed.

– And now I wouldn’t give it up for any price. It’s a member of the family, Jutila is happy with her four-year-old jack russel terrier.

With the dog, Jutila’s routines also changed.

– Every morning Ändy comes next to the bed, licks the temple and looks with his button eyes. I wonder why I myself can’t be in such a good mood every morning. It always is. Then we go for a morning run and go outside during the day as well. In the evenings, Satu still goes for a run with the dog. I’m walking.

– A dog has needs that need to be fulfilled. Quite a few mornings I would just hang out at home if I didn’t have to go out with the dog in any weather.

Motivating things

60-year-old Jutila says that she is doing very well. A story about my own company, Jetsetclub oy, would be enough for hours.

The 95 world champion and Lions captain has found a career that clearly seems to give him a great deal of power. There is a crowd in the Nokia arena in Jutilo’s hall.

The car starts from the yard of the Klaukkalan home towards Tampere as one, and the Jutilats haven’t had time to do anything but work in the last couple of years.

They don’t say it to complain.

What is the secret of that great enthusiasm and energy, and what advice would you give to your peers?

– Motivating yourself is definitely the most important thing. You have to find something meaningful to do. Of course, it has been a good thing that I have been given a good framework to do and practice. But that dog, for example, is completely incomprehensible.

Jutilat throw work stress into the corner, preferably on the golf fairway.

– We both play. It’s a great game with achievements. If there are no successes, you can only blame yourself. This summer only four rounds were played, but next summer’s goal is 40, Juti says.

Violent visions

Jetsetclub has been a success for Jutiloi. Jussi Saarinen

The two World Hockey Championships in Tampere were a jackpot for Jutiloi’s home business. Added to that is the success of Tampere’s league clubs and other events, such as giant gigs.

However, the past autumn has been quieter.

– Fortunately, next year already looks better. Judas Priest’s gig was immediately in demand.

– In addition, we have quite drastic visions of changes. We want to modify the enclosure even more event-specific. Among other things, we will make better use of our 86-inch screens.

Aition’s success has been noticed even abroad. Of course, Jutila also thanks Tampere and Nokia Arena for that, which she praises as the best ice rink in Europe.

– A while ago, we came from Sweden to visit the club. The former Globen, i.e. the current Avicii arena, will soon be renovated, and in 2025 the World Cup will be played there.

In the same way, Timo and Satu Jutila toured Madison Square Garden and other fun arenas when they were looking for inspiration for their own space.

– Yes, we have to give a big hat to Tampere. Kalervo Kummola and Mika Sulin did a great job once again, that such a pytinki was brought to the parade ground in Tampere.
