According to sources, Fenway Sports Club has approved a deal in which the NHL club will be transferred to the Hoffman family from Chicago.
The deal still requires NHL approval.
The purchase price is not known, but sources estimate it to be somewhere between $1.7 billion and $1.8 billion.
In euros, it means approximately 1.45–1.53 billion.
