The series, a Rai Fiction, Anele and Rai Com co-production, is freely based on the novels by Pasquale Sgrò. Leading the cast is Alessio Vassallointerpreter of the labor inspector Domenico Dodaro, who returned to Lucca after fighting gangmastering in Southern Italy for years. We are at his side Cesare Bocci, Francesca Inaudi, Silvia Mazzieri and the little one Angelica Tuccini.
