The sensational Yankee reality has made many viewers wonder why mothers and their adult sons have wanted to participate in Milf Manor. Its idea is that romances arise between the mothers and the children of the other women involved.
The Washington Post has revealed the answer to the tantalizing question. The participants did not know in advance what they had agreed to participate in.
For example, a mother of six children Kelle Mortensen, 50, was also found on Instagram. Milf Manor was described to her as a vaguely empowering series where women would date younger men. Kelle didn’t see any problem with this arrangement: after all, she was used to dating people younger than herself after her divorce.

Kelle also knew that her firstborn son Joey, 20, goes on the trip, but only to support his mother. Who had no idea that in reality they both attend Milf Manor. According to his own words, Kelle didn’t even know the name of the series until filming was already in the can.
When the whole situation dawned on him, he joined the game without hesitation. He especially valued the time he could spend with his own son.
– I started to see him as a man instead of a little boy. I saw how he behaved with women, learned how to go on dates – and learned how to talk to women. For me, Milf Manor was a great experience that I would like to repeat.
