Monday
9 a.m., room 220: Bilal B. (28) is said to have threatened an acquaintance in Wilmersdorf last January and February to kill her if she did not continue to support him. Now he should go to the psychiatric hospital.
9 a.m., room 700: Mita V. (40) and four co-defendants (24 to 33) are said to have completed orders for goods and financing transactions over the Internet between October 2021 and November 2022. Hacked customer accounts, stolen bank cards and fake IDs are said to have been used for this purpose. Damage: more than 150,000 euros.
9.15 a.m., room 736: Frank J. (38), Magedy M. (59) and Andrina G. (61) are accused of fraud. The trio is said to have billed insurance companies across Europe for fictitious traffic accidents from 2008 to 2014 and collected around one million euros.
Tuesday
9.15 a.m., room 2108: Robert N. (36) is charged with negligent homicide. Last November he is said to have turned his car from a parking lot in Neukölln onto Marienfelder Chaussee, hitting a pedestrian and dragging her along. The woman died.
Wednesday
9.30 a.m., room 4100: Dennis B. (22) is accused of coercion and resistance to law enforcement officers. He is said to have taken part in five road blockades by the climate extremist group “Last Generation” from May to July 2022 and was stuck to the road four times. In June 2022, he is also said to have daubed the facade of the Federal Chancellery with the slogans “No to oil” and “Where is Olaf”.
9.30 a.m., room 704: Cord I. (57) is said to have attacked a man she did not know in Kreuzberg with a kitchen knife last March. He was able to fend off the attacks with gas. Now the woman should go to the psychiatric hospital.
Thursday
9.30 a.m., room 739: Mehmed A. (39) and Fatmir A. (34) are said to have first stolen a Mercedes van in Moabit in January 2022, and then tore a complete ATM from its anchorage in Wedding and stole it. The machine, which contained 50,000 euros, is said to have been transported away in the sprinter.
9.30 a.m., room 606: Artjoms K. (28) is charged with attempted aggravated robbery and grievous bodily harm. Last August in Köpenick he is said to have attacked a man who had just withdrawn cash from an ATM, sprayed gas in the face and tried to rob the money. When the attacker did not hand over the banknotes, the defendant fled. Two passers-by who tried to detain the suspected robber were also said to have been sprayed with irritant gas.
9.30 a.m., room 501: Favor B. (26) is charged with attempted murder and grievous bodily harm. In April and May 2022, the mother is said to have broken the skull of her daughter, who was born in February, and shook the baby in such a way that it suffered a traumatic brain injury. The girl died when she was only three months old.
Friday
9 a.m., room 105: Josephine F. (28) is charged with coercion. She is said to have been involved in a road blockade by the climate extremist group “Last Generation” last October. The public prosecutor’s office has requested an accelerated procedure, which the court still has to decide on.
9.30 a.m., room 606: Dominik K. (22) is said to have robbed a gas station in Kreuzberg last Christmas, threatened the employee with a blank gun and robbed 720 euros from the cash register.
12.30 p.m., room 105: Elisha B (27) is accused of coercion. She is said to have taken part in a road blockade by the climate extremist group “Last Generation” last April. The public prosecutor’s office has requested an accelerated procedure, which the court still has to decide on.
