Interior Minister Mari Rantanen (ps) gave a speech on Tähtitorninmäki in Helsinki on Independence Day.

It was an event organized by the Finnish Federation, where the Finnish flag was hoisted. Viewers could follow the live broadcast From the Ylen channel.

While the minister was giving his speech, the audience that had arrived stood behind him.

– Dear Finns. Independence Day is special for us Finns. In many countries it is a celebration of carnival and joy, but here it is different, Rantanen began his speech.

Behind the minister stood a man who at first listened quietly to Rantanen’s speech. After a while, the man dug out a glass bottle containing a brown liquid from his bag and took out a straw.

However, it is not clear from the video recording what energy drink the bottle contained.

Be the first to report on it Central Finland.
