Interior Minister Mari Rantanen (ps) gave a speech on Tähtitorninmäki in Helsinki on Independence Day.

Behind the minister stood a man who at first listened quietly to Rantanen’s speech. After a while, the man dug out a glass bottle containing a brown liquid from his bag and took out a straw.
