Quintana told Albuquerque’s KOB television station that fans of the series often flock to the house and drive by it.

Quintana’s parents had bought that home in the 1970s and Quintana grew up there with her siblings. With the popularity of the series and the aging of Quintana’s parents, life at home became more difficult.

The family installed a fence and security cameras to keep the fans away.

– This was our family’s home since 1973, almost 52 years, Quintana said.

Now that Quintana’s parents are gone, it’s also time to sell the house. In Albuquerque, New Mexico, the four-bedroom ranch-style home from the residential area of ​​the iconic TV series house is estimated to be worth around $340,000.

Thanks to the popular series, the Quintana family home has an asking price of nearly $4 million. The broker of the luxury apartment service commented to the news agency AP that the investors are considering, among other things, turning the home into a holiday apartment or a museum.
