The judge, with the support of the UDEF (Economic and Fiscal Crime Unit) of the National Police, investigates whether Castro and Dosaigües incurred in irregularities to rig competitions for superintendent of L’Hospitalet, the highest police figure of the Urban Guard, and thus make the interim chief the highest police officer in the city.
The judicial novelty takes place after the police actions of the past June 29when a dozen agents of the UDEF registered the offices of the Prefecture of the Urban Guard of the L’Hospitalet Town Hall.
