In Donetsk, the special forces of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic blocked the Ukrainian “sabotage-terrorist group”, there was a shootout, two people were injured. This was reported in the Ministry of State Security (MGB) of the DPR, transmits “Donetsk news agency”.
The purpose of the “saboteurs” was sabotage at electrical substations, filtering stations and gas pipelines on the territory of the DPR, according to the department. They tried to detain the group, they put up armed resistance.
“Through the actions of the special forces of the Ministry of State Security of the DPR, the criminal activities of representatives of the terrorist Kiev regime were suppressed,” the DPR Ministry of State Security summed up.

The authorities of the LPR also announced the penetration of armed enemy units. According to them, the military of the 79th Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine crossed the Northern Donets River (the line of contact between the LPR and the territory controlled by Kiev passes along it. — RBC), after which they went on the offensive near the village of Pionerskoye in the north of the republic. “As a result of the clash, the enemy suffered losses and retreated,” said Ivan Filiponenko, an official representative of the People’s Militia of the LPR. According to him, because of the skirmish, there are dead among civilians, five residential buildings were destroyed.
Later in the People’s Militia clarifiedthat during the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the village of Pionerskoye, two local residents were killed.
