When a new employee came to Milonoff and Rantala’s production company, an old employee could warn him about the dispute that was starting. Milonoff sees it as great that Rantala and he were able to argue with each other.
“I don’t know what’s better frendity than being able to show emotions and then apologize,” Milonoff says.
Milonoff and Rantala disputes were related to the classic question: who orders the cabinet’s place. Disputes may have occurred, for example, in descriptions. For example, there may have been disagreements about whether something is necessary in the program or for non -speaking, for example, for workload.
