On the occasion of the recent cinema premiere of “Predator: Badlands” in Germany, ROLLING STONE is giving away a “Badlands package” consisting of Teufel headphones and a backpack.
The American science fiction action film has been showing in German cinemas since November 6th. The blockbuster is based on the screenplay by Patrick Aison and directed by Dan Trachtenberg. It is the seventh part of the “Predator” series. The main roles are Elle Fanning and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi.
Ranked third in German cinemas
“Predator: Badlands” had its world premiere in Hollywood on November 3, 2025 and opened in the United States on November 7, 2025 via 20th Century Studios.
The international press was impressed by the new chapter of the alien hunter saga – this is shown by, among other things, 85 percent positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, and the American ROLLING STONE colleagues are also satisfied. The film has grossed around $80 million at the box office worldwide so far.

A hostile planet and a fearsome creature
In the film, Dek, a young Yautja exiled from his clan, lands on a hostile planet and must prove himself worthy of the hunt. In the fight for survival, he forms an unlikely alliance with Thia, a damaged synthetic from the Weyland-Yutani Corporation.
Together they must face a fearsome creature that challenges both the survival instincts of humans and the Predators. Thia offers to help Dek find the Kalisk if he gives her back her severed legs in return. As they hunt through the planet’s dangerous wilderness, Dek carries Thia on his back like a backpack.
