After the recent drone incidents in Denmark, NATO strengthens its readiness in the Baltic Sea. Extra platforms for information, monitoring and exploration are used, and at least one frigate goes to the area with anti -aircraft guns. It comes on top of the resources already present in the Sea crucial for the alliance. Since Sweden joined NATO in March 2024, the Scandinavian country plays a key role in this. “As soon as you leave the port you are in combat mode.”
