The US rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine (bourgeois Daniel Hernandez) once again granted a violation of his probation requirements in front of a federal court in New York. The background is an attack on a man in a Florida shopping center in August, in which 6ix9ine became palpable together with a companion. According to the public prosecutor, the victim had previously mocked the rapper because of his cooperation with the authorities in the event of the New York Gang “Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods”.

Tekashi 6ix9ine 2018 became known not only through his music, but also through his process in connection with the “Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods”. At the time, he explained comprehensively against former companions and in return received a significantly reduced punishment: two years in prison plus five years monitored.
Due to his renewed offenses, the rapper now threatens more sensitive consequences. Judge Engelmayer had already emphasized in July that in the event of further violations, a prison sentence of up to five years was possible.
