Teemu Selänne revealed whether he is still in Donald Trump’s camp.
US President Donald Trump Customs surprises and trade war have continued since last spring.
Cuts have been prescribed, frozen and re -ordered along the way. Last 12 July, Trump placed a 30 % import duties on the European Union, which is due to enter into force in early August.
The United States has threatened, in addition to many other countries, but also Canada, for which it would be setting 35 % import duties.
Ex-hockey player in Finland in Finland Teemu Selänne Has followed the topic closely, but says he is a little knot with it – and certainly not the only one.
– Let’s just say that I do not understand them terribly. However, I do not believe he would do anything that would worsen things, Selänne says.
– Let’s see how they work. However, I have realized that the United States is satisfied. Trump is an America first president.

Your back has said publicly voted Trump in the last election.
– I’m definitely still on his side. No one can disagree with how much good he has done on the borders of the country. For the economy, we see where it will end. He has done big things, and of course it always evokes emotions, your back grins.
When is peace?
Another burning topic is when Russia will end its offensive war in Ukraine and peace returns.
According to Selänne, the number one goal would be to find the best solution for Ukraine.
– I don’t think Americans want to give Ukraine anymore. I bet they want the negotiations to take this to the finish. Let’s see where it goes. A tricky situation, Selänne ponders.
